JODHPUR:

It is the second largest city in the Indian state of Rajasthan. This city is known to many of us as the “Sun City” for the bright, Sunny weather it enjoys all year around. It is also referred to as the “Blue City” due to the blue-painted houses around the Mehrangarh Fort.

It is named after its founder Raja Jaisal a Rajput King. “Jaisalmer” means “The Hill Fort of Jaisal“. Jaisalmer is sometimes called the “Golden City of India” because the yellow sand gives a yellowish-golden tinge to the city and its surrounding area.

BIKANER:

It is located 330 kilometres North-west of the state capital, Jaipur. Bikaner city is the administrative headquarters of Bikaner District and Bikaner division. It was formerly the capital of the princely state of Bikaner. Rao Bika found this city.

UDAIPUR:

PLAN FOR TOUR:

Duration : 10 Days and 9 Night

DAY – 1: Jaipur

After Tourists arrive at Jaipur, They will be picked up from Jaipur Railway Station/Bus Stand / Airport and will be escorted to the designated hotel. After Check-In and Fresh up, they will be taken sightseeing at Hawa MahalJantar Mantar, and City Palace. After the Sightseeing, they will be taken back to the Hotel in Jaipur.

DAY – 2: Jaipur

In Morning, after breakfast Tourists will be escorted for sightseeing at JalMahalNahargarh Fort, and Amer Fort. After the Sightseeing, they will be taken back to the Hotel in Jaipur.

DAY – 3: Jaipur to Bikaner

After breakfast, Tourists have to check out and they will be escorted to Bikaner,  sightseeing at Camel Breeding Farm, and Deshnoke Temple. After the Sightseeing, they will be taken back to the Hotel in Bikaner.

DAY – 4: Bikaner to Jaisalmer

After breakfast, Tourists have to check out and will proceed towards sightseeing at Junagarh Fort, they will be escorted to Jaisalmer and a visit to Sam Sand Dunes will be arranged in the evening. After the Sightseeing, Dinner and Overnight stay will be arranged in the tent at Jaisalmer.

DAY – 5: Jaisalmer

After breakfast, Tourists will proceed towards sightseeing at Kuldhara VillageJaisalmer FortPatwon ki Haveli, and War Museum. After the Sightseeing, Dinner and Overnight stay will be arranged at Jaisalmer.

DAY – 6: Jaisalmer to Jodhpur

After breakfast, Tourists will proceed for Jodhpur, and they will be taken for sightseeing at Mehrangarh Fort. After the Sightseeing, Overnight stay will be arranged at Jodhpur.

DAY – 7: Jodhpur to Udaipur

After breakfast, Tourists will brought to Umaid Bhawan Museum and then Tourists will proceed to Udaipur. After the Sightseeing, Check in into the Hotel at Udaipur.

DAY – 8: Udaipur

After breakfast, Tourists will escorted for sightseeing at Eklingji and Haldighati and taken back to Udaipur. Tourists will be taken to Saheliyon ki Bari and a Boat Ride (extra payment) at Fateh Sagar Lake. After the Sightseeing, Overnight stay will be arranged at Udaipur.

DAY – 9: Udaipur to Pushkar

After breakfast, Tourists will taken to City Palace. They will be transported to Pushkar. After the Sightseeing, Overnight stay will be arranged at Pushkar.

DAY – 10: Pushkar to Jaipur

2) Maintain Social Distance: Follow social distancing norms very strictly and try not to touch things unnecessarily. While following this basic rule, you can lessen the chance of getting infected and have safe travel

3) Go Cashless & Touch less: Coronavirus spreads with touch and it can be present on the cash, coins, and travel documents. Make sure you make payments digitally

4) Take all the Safety Precautions: To travel safe and reach home healthy, you need to take all the preventive measures to fight coronavirus. Wear a mask, face shield, gloves, and keep sanitiser handy to maintain proper hygiene

5) Containment Zone? Avoid Travel: If your locality comes under a containment zone, where there are a high number of positive cases then, you should avoid traveling. There are so many apps developed by the regulatory bodies where you can easily check the situation of your zone. In India, Arogya Setu is one app that contains all such information

6) Leave Middle Seat Vacant: As per the reformed guidelines, it is necessary to keep the middle seat vacant to ensure proper social distancing and minimize the chance of getting infection

7) Avoid Using Toilet: Air passengers should be restricted to access toilets on flights as a part of wide-ranging Coronavirus safety recommendations. Do not make a queue outside the washroom and ensure minimum movement on the aisle

8) Cooperate with Staff: For the very first time, we all are going through so many restrictions and limitations. But, we need to understand, it is for our good. Hence, as a responsible traveller, be gentle with the staff and help them in the process

9) Hand Wash: Regular hand wash for 30 seconds will help you avoid germs or any kind of infection. Use soap or hand sanitizer for better results and do this every time you travel or touch anything

10) Cover Your Mouth & Nose: Covering your mouth and nose while sneezing or when anyone next to coughs or sneezes can do you a lot better. Coronavirus usually spreads through cough and covering your nose and mouth will save you from this epidemic

11) Consult A Doctor If Sick: If you are suffering from a common cold, cough, nausea, vomiting, shortness of breath and fatigue make it a point to consult a doctor at the earliest. Any of these symptoms could be a sign that you are suffering from the virus

12) Avoid Crowd: Avoid being in crowded places. An infected person can spread the virus instantly and crowded places is a good way to accomplish this. Make sure you wear full sleeves shirts with anti-pollution masks when you travel. Staying indoors is a rather safe option

13) Avoid Close Contact With Anyone: Do not get close to anyone, especially touching or laughing closely. Also, use anti-pollution masks when out with friends or family. 11) Changes and Cancellation by IRCTC prior to your departure: The journeys are planned well in advance. We reserve the right to make changes to the programme if necessary at any point of time. Should the minimum number of passengers not be met or due to certain operational reasons and conditions, we reserve the right to cancel the departure or amend the same. Most changes made by us would be minor, but on certain occasions there could be a possibility of making a significant change. A change is defined as significant if it involves a change of destination or date of departure. In such an eventuality, we would inform you as soon as possible and provide you with the following solutions:

  1. Accepting the changed arrangements or
  2. Cancelling or accepting the cancellation where you will receive a refund of the payment remitted to us

Hotels :

1) Room categories in all packages are the base category rooms unless stated otherwise

2) Final confirmation in the proposed hotels is subject to the availability at the time of booking, else similar category hotel will be provided

3) The request for an adjacent or an adjoining room will be on subject to availability only and will incur extra charges if adjoining room is of higher category

4) Room allocation (Twin bed / Double bed) is at the discretion of the hotel. The check in and check out time of the hotel is fixed as per Hotel Guidelines. Number of meals are always corresponding to the number of nights booked. Breakfast is not provided on the day of arrival

5) In hotels for an extra Adult / Child either Rollaway bed or mattress shall be provided

6) Payments pertaining to early check- in, late check-out, items consumed in Room Minibar and any extra services of hotel other than mentioned in the package are to be settled at hotel directly by the guest

7) Hotel has the right to claim the damages incurred by any of the guest

8) Three person of one family on one booking will be accommodated in one double room with an extra Mattress

9) Child will be accommodated in one room with the parents only

Transfers and Sightseeing :

1) Transfers and Sightseeing tours are on personal cab basis

2) Arrival / departure transfers & sightseeing tours shall be provided as per schedule fixed by the IRCTC. However this may require you to wait at the airport/destination for short duration until arrival of all the guests

3) Cabs are not on personal disposal basis. Cab will be provided as per the schedule of the itinerary
